No. We provide mats and all equipment used during class. Just bring yourself, comfortable clothes you can move in, and water.
I’ve never done Pilates before. Which class should I take?
Start with Classical Mat Pilates. This class is beginner-friendly and focuses on the foundations of Pilates, proper form, control, core strength, stability, flexibility, and intentional movement.
What’s the difference between Classical Mat Pilates and Pilates Sculpt + Strength?
Classical Mat Pilates focuses on traditional Pilates movement, control, alignment, technique, core strength, stability, and flexibility. Pilates Sculpt + Strength combines Pilates-inspired movement with light to moderate weights for a more strength-focused and higher-intensity workout.
Do I need previous Pilates experience?

First-time clients should arrive approximately 10 minutes before class so there is enough time to check in and get settled.
What is the cancellation policy?
Classes may be canceled or rescheduled at least 10 hours before the scheduled class and the class credit will remain available for use. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit.
