Classical Mat Pilates
Beginner Friendly · All Levels45 min
A traditional mat Pilates class focused on controlled, intentional movement. This class builds core strength, stability, flexibility, posture, and full-body control while helping you develop a strong foundation in Pilates. Classes move at a steady, approachable pace with an emphasis on proper form, technique, breathing, and connection to the body. Expect a challenging but low-impact workout that leaves you feeling stronger, more balanced, and more connected to your movement.
Pilates Sculpt + Strength
Intermediate45 min
A full-body workout combining Pilates-inspired movement with strength training. This class incorporates light to moderate weights and other equipment to add resistance and intensity while maintaining controlled, intentional movement. Expect a mix of core work, lower and upper body strength, and Pilates-based exercises designed to build strength, improve endurance, and challenge the entire body while remaining low impact.

Questions before your first class
- I’ve never done Pilates. Where do I start?
- Classical Mat Pilates is beginner-friendly and the best place to begin. We start from the ground up — breath, alignment, and how your body currently organizes itself — before anything is loaded or progressed.
- How do I book a class?
- All classes are booked online. Head to the Book page, choose your class and time, and reserve your spot.
- What should I bring?
- Mats and equipment are provided by the studio. Wear comfortable clothing you can move and be seen moving in, and bring grip socks — shoes are not allowed on the mat.
- What level should I take?
- Classical Mat Pilates is beginner-friendly and open to all levels. Pilates Sculpt + Strength is best if you have some Pilates experience and are ready for added resistance and intensity.
